Discovery, strategy, design, development and post project support all fit within the three stages of our systematic method:
This initial stage is crucial, it’s where briefs are created, projects scooping and all the other admin is done. It’s the foundation of kicking off any project.
This is where we work in sprints. We map out the sprints and review the work as we go to insure we are meeting the brief and projects objectives.
Once everything is checked and confirmed, the final step is delivery and ongoing support.
