Where possible, we research and create low carbon builds. And we are always open to learn and adapt, and implement environmentally positive change.
Each quarter we calculate our carbon emissions and offset via environment initiatives.
We have been apart of the government’s Kickstart programme, which resulted in some excellent permanent hires.
We believe in sharing knowledge and nurturing new talent, so are working with local and national schemes to nature tech talent. We also lend our experience and skills to coaching and mentoring.
We will strive to build a strong financially sustainable business with the aim to invest further in developments that allow us to extend our reach and to also drive further carbon reduction globally through tech.
When we win, we win together.
We actively support nominated charities through financial donations and offering our experience and knowledge to support through pro bono or reduce rate projects. Each year we donate 8-10% of profit to charities as cash.
We will always consider the ethics of our business partners and suppliers, to ensure we support fair working practices and any investments we make will be environmentally and socially conscious, and support our values.
