If you're a member of the Midnight team, you may have noticed that there is a lot of autonomy when it comes to making decisions. You have the freedom to decide your working hours, location, and the way you work as a team.
While some of this may be due to the fact that we are a small agency that hasn't developed a lot of guidance yet, most of the autonomy is intentional. We firmly believe that we are hiring trustworthy people who can make the right decisions for Midnight.

"But what if I mess up?" Sometimes mistakes happen, but as long as you were trying to act in the best interests of Midnight, it's okay.
It's less okay when someone starts doing things that they know are not in the best interests of Midnight, such as acting solely for their own interests. When this happens, trust can degrade, and you might find that you become a little more restricted in the decisions we allow you to make.
And remember, if you're ever unsure, just bounce it off someone else or ask any of the Midnight leadership.
In addition to providing autonomy to our team members, we also value transparency and open communication. We encourage everyone to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns with us. This helps us make informed decisions that are in the best interests of Midnight.
If you feel like you need more guidance or direction in your work, we encourage you to speak up and ask for it. We are here to support you and help you succeed in your role. And we believe that by trusting each other and fostering a culture of open communication, we can create a strong and successful team that is capable of achieving great things.
