Midnight is shaped by its people.

The best work comes from bringing together great people and great ideas from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and communities. We aspire to create an environment where you can be yourself and feel accepted, regardless of what you're going through.

We're actively working towards building a team that better represents our values of diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.

Wellness

Efficiency and adaptability are essential to our business as we have team members in London, Brighton, Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Cape Town.

Our team is built through agile working, which means trust is the cornerstone of our culture. Respect and boundaries are integral to this trust. We do not have working time expectations, and you are judged on your input and output, not how long you sit in a seat.

We also apply the same respect and boundaries to annual leave and time off. Your time is your own, and we understand the need for alternative schedules. Our team is completely distributed and agile, and we believe that people who have time to disconnect come back more positive, engaged, and focused. This approach increases employee well-being while decreasing the potential for burnout.

Wellbeing days

At Midnight, we are fully committed to creating and maintaining an environment that supports your well-being at work. That's why we offer well-being days as a designated day off that you can take to focus on your personal well-being.

Mental health

Our team also includes a mental health first aider who is available to listen, reassure, and respond, even in a crisis. They are there to empower you to access the support you may need for recovery or to manage your symptoms successfully, and overall, they champion positive well-being.

Support

Parental Leave

Midnight offers extended parental leave and support for employees returning to work. We understand that returning to work after becoming a parent can be difficult and daunting, so we offer extra support, such as flexible hours or reduced workload. Many of our teams are parents themselves, so we understand the challenges and are committed to providing support.
